Amanda Bynes decided to retire from acting

Amanda Bynes is quitting from acting. The 24 years old  former child star, who started her career on 1990s sketch show “All That” before landing roles in Hollywood films like “Hairspray,” has revealed she has retires from  movies because she has lost the passion for them.

Bynes writes on Twitter,  “I don’t love acting anymore so I’ve stopped doing it. Being an actress isn’t as fun as it may seem. I’ve never written the movies & tv shows I’ve been apart of, I’ve only acted like the characters the producers or directors wanted me to play. If I don’t love something anymore I stop doing it. I know 24 is a young age to retire but you heard it here first: I’ve retired.”

The actress recently wrapped filming on her final project, upcoming comedy “Easy A,” which is due in theatres later this year.

A spokesperson for Bynes was unavailable for comment as WENN went to press.
