Della Dante Sutorius is found guilty of murder of her fifth husband, a Hamilton County jury made decision today.
After the 5 hours of deliberation over 2 days, the jury consist of 9 women and3 men draw conclusion that the blond soft-spoken woman shot her physician husband to death in their home on Feb. 18.
The dead body of Dr. Darryl Sutorius was lying on a couch in the couple’s basement with a single bullet wound to his head and a .38-caliber revolver at his side on Feb. 19.
