Siohvaughn Funches, former wife of NBA star Dwyane Wade filed a lawsuit against Wade’s new girlfriend, actress Gabrielle Union seeking $50,000. In a lawsuit she alleges has caused emotional distress to her two children.

She claims that Gabrielle Union was engaged in sexual foreplay with the former NBA championship winner in front of her sons, while on an unsupervised visitation to the Dwyane Wade Miami home. The lawsuit alleges that the couple’s oldest child has sought medical treatment for stress and anxiety.
