Panaji: Goa police made arrest of a person allegedly involved in the rap of a nine-year-old Russian girl in Arambol beach in Goa. The person was identified as Anil Raghuvanshi, he is the accomplice of main accused Aman Bharadwaj.

The accused was involved in diverting attention of the girl’s mother while the rape took place.

Increase in the rape cases in Goa raised the questions over the security of local citizens as well as foreign tourists who are in large numbers in Goa.
