Gowda takes on farmers’Issue, BJP likely to take legal action against Gowda,

Bangalore: Karnataka State unit of BJP has threatened to file a suit against the former Prime minister H D Deve Gowda for using unparliamentary language against theBJP Chief minister B S Yeddyurappa of Karnataka. But  Chief minister is not interested to intiate any legal against Deve Gowda.

After the meeting with his associates, he decided to leave it to the people of state to decide what action should be taken against Gowda.

Deve Gowda’s remarks against Yeddyurappa came over the controversial Bangalore-Mysore Infrastructure Project, he  accused the Karnataka CM of cheating, grabbing and colluding over 4,800 acres of land for the Bangalore-Mysore Expressway, ignoring  the farmers’ interests.
