Washington: More than 10,000 people feared to be died over the casualties and damage after devastating earthquake of grade 7.0-magnitude in Haiti on Tuesday.

Government buildings, hundreds of houses were damaged,  people’s  are trapped under the debris. Schools and Hospitals collapsed and were reportedly full of dead while 200 foreigners were missing from the city’s expensive Hotel Montana.Haitian. President Rene Preval’s  palace was substantially destroyed

According to reports peoples are dying due to lack of treatment, water and food. Death toll may increase to more than 30,000.

The US is sending three amphibious ships and an aircraft carrier, including one that can carry up to 2,000 Marines. European states, China and the United States, are also sending relief and rescue teams to Haiti.
